Dear Graduands,

We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you on your academic achievement. In sharing and celebrating your moments of success, we would like to organise a Homecoming Celebration followed by a convocation briefing, completion of the manual Graduate Tracer Study, and Programme Educational Objective (PEO) survey.

Participation in the Graduate Tracer Study Survey is a requirement of the Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE). The main objectives of the study are:

• To obtain basic information on the status of graduates upon completion of the study;
• To conduct a survey on the employability of graduates in the job market, i.e. job status, types of employment, monthly income and employer’s information;
• To gather information on the graduates’ perspective of academic programmes, facilities and the impact of the teaching and learning process in UCSI College.

As a continuous effort to improve the service quality at UCSI College, we would like to request your support to provide us with your sincere views and valuable feedback.

It is compulsory for every diploma and bachelor’s degree graduand to complete the tracer study and for all programmes to complete the PEO survey. Once you have completed the surveys, please present the slip during the robe and hood collection on the same day, 4th August 2023 (Friday). You are advised to collect the robe personally. Please refer to the below agenda and activities.
