(if you have made payment together with your tuition fee, you can proceed with refundable deposit only)

  • Rental of robe and coloured hood
  • Complimentary invitation cards for three (3) people
    (Admission into the ceremonial hall is strictly allowed with an invitation card ONLY)
  • Convocation souvenir booklet
  • Light refreshment
  • Photographs:
    • 1 copy 11R full pose on stage with template
    • 1 copy 8R half pose on stage
    • 1 copy 8RW group photo

Purchase of extra tickets is available at RM50.00 per person. Please contact the Registrar’s Office for more info.

** For the late return of robes, an additional rental fee of RM50 per day will be levied after 27 September 2024 (inclusive of weekends and public holidays). Losses and/or damage to any part of the robes, hoods or mortar boards will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
