About

This programme is a part-time programme that is designed with you in mind. So whether you are an aspiring realtor, a current real estate negotiator or a property professional who wants to switch industries, rest assured that the DRE will not disrupt your personal and professional commitments.
Conducted by seasoned real estate agents and leading academics, DRE is the start of your pathway to becoming a registered estate agent. DRE graduates receive full exemptions from Part 1 and Part 2 of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP)’s Estate Agents Written Examination. DRE graduates are also eligible to apply to be Probationary Estate Agents (PEA).


Credit award may be applicable based on APEL-C assessment. APEL-C stands for Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning for Credit Award which is a learning evaluation process of an individual based on cumulative experiences (knowledge and skills) to obtain credit transfer for courses in the programme enrolled.

About

This programme equips students with essential knowledge and skills in the real estate field. This programme integrates theory-based classroom teaching as well as field-based practice by training the students in a multitude of subjects that will help them to engage in property management, property valuation, property development and estate agency practices. In addition, students will be exposed to the basics of business management, economics, accounting and other related subjects.
DREM graduates receive full exemptions from Part 1 and Part 2 of the Board of Valuers, Appraisers Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia (BOVAEP)’s Estate Agents Written Examination. DREM graduates are also eligible to apply to be Probationary Estate Agents (PEA)
